June 25 – 12:00 PM – Telling the Stories that Matter

Summary

Vivid-Pix makes it simple to re-live memories, but we don’t necessarily know how best to approach the storytelling aspect of sharing our memories.  Vivid-Pix is now offering an Education Series to help walk us through the steps needed to turn our pictures and memories into stories.

In this session we’ll talk about:

  • organizing our photo collections
  • digitizing the images for preservation and ease of use
  • restoring the images to bring back their colour and clarity, and to add information such as names, dates and places, to the digital image
  • using the images as prompts which transport us to a different point in time so we are able to recall those memories, and
  • telling the stories that matter.

Join Rick Voight for a “lunch and learn” session on Saturday, June 25th at noon to learn more about this brand-new Education Series at Vivid-Pix.
