Paul Barber

Originally from the City of Owen Sound, now residing, and happily retired in the City of Brantford, I have spent over 30 years, researching my Ancestry, mainly in Ontario.  Through this time, I have presented a number of seminars, and webinars on topics such as Organizing Your Family Photographs, Unexpected Immigrant (Downing Your Brick wall), Creating an Adventurous Narrative and more.  The Brant County Branch of OGS has also been my home base for research and volunteering, in particular for their Facebook page.  Understanding where our ancestors began, and what their strengths were, is an important part of why I started my research.  It is important for us to know, what built our family, so that we can continue to lay the cornerstone for our future generations.
